When do I get charged for my delivery?

For new orders, your card will be charged immediately after checkout. For your following deliveries, your card will be charged depending on delivery day: for Wednesday targeted deliveries, your card will be billed the previous Thursday at 4pm ET. For Friday targeted deliveries, your card will be billed the previous Sunday at 4pm ET.

After these cut-off times, orders have already been processed. We cannot guarantee that edits can be made to your order. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any last-minute requests. However, once the order is fulfilled by our warehouses, we will be unable to edit meals, cancel the order, or offer refunds or credits.
