We want you to enjoy a seamless delivery and unpacking experience. With this in mind, we cannot stress enough the importance of handling dry ice with caution.
In your delivery, you will find recyclable insulation to keep your meals protected. When removing your meals, please be mindful of any remaining dry ice in your package. For your safety, we strongly advise that you do not handle dry ice with your bare hands to avoid possible burns from extremely low temperatures. You can use protective kitchen mitts or gloves to transfer the dry ice into a metal vessel - such as your sink - or to an outside area like a porch or garage. Your dry ice will evaporate naturally in a well-ventilated area within a day. Click to view some mistakes to avoid when handling dry ice.
