Can I make changes to my order after the cut-off time?

After the cut-off times, we cannot guarantee that edits can be made to your order - including changing meals, editing a delivery address, or canceling the order. While our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any last-minute requests, once the order has been fulfilled by our warehouses, we can't edit the meals, cancel the order, or offer refunds or credits.

As a reminder, our cut-off times are:

  • 4pm ET on Sunday for the following Friday targeted deliveries

  • 4pm ET on Thursday for the following Wednesday targeted deliveries

Splendid Spoon believes in sustainability and cutting down on waste. We finalize all orders at 4pm ET, 6 days before the scheduled delivery. We allow for extra time so that we can coordinate with the order fulfillment teams in advance, allowing us to bring the freshest meals from our warehouses to your door. We always aim to stay proactive on our end by alerting customers to these cut-off times during sign up, and through your order confirmation emails. We do understand that a weekly delivery does not work for everyone, and for this reason, we allow customers to skip up to 8 weeks in advance. We also offer wonderful as-needed boxes in our Marketplace store, which is separate from our subscription service. If you have any further questions about this, please reach out directly to us.
