How can I add delivery instructions?

We partner with multiple delivery partners to ensure your package is handled properly during transit. The best way to ensure your delivery instructions are seen is to put a short note in line 2 of your address, for example "Leave under stairs".

Please note that while the local couriers will do their best to honor your special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they'll be flawlessly followed, and Splendid is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.
