How do I edit my delivery day?
If you have opted for the weekly subscription, you can refer to the following instructions to edit your delivery day. Please note Cut-off Times still apply.
Desktop Instructions
Log into your account.
Click your name at the top right, and select Account Details
Select Subscription from the left hand side
Below Delivery Preferences you will be able to select your chosen day - either Wednesday or Friday.
Click Save Changes to finalize your chosen day
A friendly reminder of our cutoff times. For Wednesday targeted deliveries, you must make changes to your plan by 4pm ET on the previous Thursday. For Friday targeted deliveries, you must make changes to your plan by 4pm ET on the previous Sunday. In the chance of an unforeseen delay, deliveries may arrive 1-2 days later. After the cut-off times we cannot guarantee edits can be made to your order. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any last-minute requests. However, once the order is fulfilled by our warehouses, we will be unable to edit meals, cancel the order, or offer refunds or credits.
