# How do you deliver?

We partner with FedEx, Ontrac, CDL, and AxleHire to ensure your package is handled properly during transit. We ship your meals with dry ice and recyclable Climacell insulation to keep your delivery nice and cold. "Shipped frozen" means we can use minimal packaging - all made from recyclable materials - and our boxes, bottles, dishes, and bowls are 100% BPA-free and recyclable. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. While rerouting the order is often an option, we will be unable to offer refunds or credits for orders that arrive late due to any rerouting-related delays. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any address adjustments, but once the order is out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel the order or offer refunds or credits for any missed address changes.
