COVID-19 Update: Preventative Health Measures

With the situation evolving quickly, we all must do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). For many of our customers, that means finding new rhythms of life at home. We know that you are counting on us to keep you nourished and healthy during this time, so we want to keep you updated as it relates to our operations and meals.

Food safety continues to be a priority:

Our sourcing and production facilities follow SQF (Safe Quality Food) guidelines to ensure the ingredients we use and the meals we make are safe for you to enjoy. The requirements to be SQF compliant require rigorous operating procedures that manage food safety risks. Because of the strict protocol we have in place, we're 100% confident in the safety of the meals we make. Additionally, the World Health Organization, Food and Drug Administration, and Centers for Disease Control have confirmed that there is currently no evidence of the virus being transmitted through food.

As for our boxes and deliveries, our fulfillment and transit partners are taking additional precautions with more frequent surface cleanings and more diligent sanitary practices among employees every step of the way.

We’re still cookin’ and shipping right to your door: We are working closely with our operational partners and do not foresee any disruptions to our U.S. based supply chain. We have contingency plans in place if so, and our Customer Experience team is working around the clock to answer any of your questions. Our Wednesday and Friday delivery schedule remains unchanged, and our team is working hard on new ways to help you stock up.
