# How should I store my meals after delivery?

When you receive your box, place soups, noodles, and dishes in the freezer until you're ready to eat. We recommend eating them within 3 months. Smoothies and shots can be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed by the "enjoy by" date printed on the bottle.
