# I didn't get my smoothies!

To keep your smoothies the perfect temperature in transit, we pack them at the bottom of the box. They may be tucked under a cardboard barrier so be sure check this compartment.

If you are still unable to locate your smoothies, let our customer service team know so that we can make it right!
