# What is the cut-off time for changing my next order?

A few different factors influence the deadline for editing your delivery, including your location, your chosen delivery day, and the date you purchased your first box. The easiest way to check your "edit by" date is to visit your account at splendidspoon.com. On the "Your Plan" tab, scroll down to view your upcoming delivery details. Under your upcoming delivery date, you can find your "edit by" date. You have until 11:59pm EST on this date to edit the meals in your box or skip or reschedule your next delivery.

Missed the deadline? Let our customer service team know and we'll do our best to accommodate your edit, skip, or cancellation requests! Please note that we can not guarantee changes after this deadline as we we are coordinating with our fulfillment and delivery partners.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faqs.splendidspoon.com/managing-my-account/what-is-the-cutoff-time-for-changing-my-next-order-h1vd0vzxy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
