How do I prepare a noodle bowl?

You can heat up your noodle bowls (thawed or frozen) in a microwave or on a stovetop.


  • Remove noodle bowl from fridge or freezer and give it a shimmy shake.

  • Remove the cover, and heat on high in a microwave for about 3-4 minutes, stirring midway.


  • Transfer the contents to a saucepan, add a tablespoon or two of water, broth, or oil, heat on a stovetop over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until it is warmed through.

  • Transfer everything to a bowl, get a fork (or chopstick), and eat! 🍜
