# Do you use organic ingredients?

We put fresh, healthy ingredients at the top of our mission. With that in mind, 95% of our smoothies and wellness shots are organic and we are 100% GMO-free. When developing our grain and noodle bowls we prioritize the "[Dirty Dozen](https://www.ewg.org/foodnews/summary.php)" list (celery, tomatoes, kale, potatoes, and spinach to name a few) while sourcing.
