# Do I need to defrost my Dishes before heating?

No need to defrost your Dishes before preparing them. Just transfer to an oven-safe baking dish at 350F for 10 mins or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Alternatively, remove your paper sleeve, make slits in your film, and heat for 3 to 5 minutes in the microwave.
