Are the grain bowls healthy?

Research shows that whole grains reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and obesity. The four whole grains featured (sorghum, quinoa, brown and wild rice) are all naturally gluten-free, low in calories, and are packed with filling, whole grain fiber to keep you satisfied long after your last bite.
